Here are some of our frequently asked questions. Q What area do you cover? A We cover a 50mile radus of Guildford. Q Are you insured? A Yes we are covered by 10 million pound public liability insurance. Q Can you provide references from some of your customers? A Yes, we can provide references from our current customers. Q Will we have the same cleaner each day? A Yes we will only change the cleaner due to hollidays or sickness, we would contact you advise you. Q Can my cleaner come in when I am at work? A You can leave a set of keys with the cleaner on the first visit.As our cleaners hold 90% of customers keys. Q Are your cleaners vetted? A Yes all of our cleaners are police checked and have supplied us with verifiable proof of identification, address and two references, one has to be a previous employer; only a minority of applications pass our screening process successfully. Q Is the price quoted including or excluding VAT? A All prices are suject to VAT at the current rate. Q How much notice do you require? A We require at least 1 weeks notice for larger cleans. However we may be able to accomodate your needs with shorter notice. Q What are your payment terms? A On acccounts for office cleaning our terms are 14 days from invoice date. On one off cleans, when the work has been completed, checked and signed off.
