Here are some of our frequently asked questions.

Q   What area do you cover?

A   We cover a 30mile radus of Guildford.

Q   Are you insured?

A Yes we are covered by 10 million pound public liability insurance.

Q   Can you provide references from some of your customers?

A   Yes, we can provide references from our current customers.

Q   Will we have the same cleaner each evening?

A   Yes we will only change the cleaner due to hollidays or sickness, we would contact you advise you.

Q   Can my cleaner come in when I am at work?

A   You can leave a set of keys with the cleaner.

Q   Are your cleaners vetted?

A   Yes all of our cleaners are police checked and have supplied us with verifiable proof of identification, address and two references, one has to be a previous employer; only a minority of applications pass our screening process successfully.

Q   Is the price quoted including or excluding VAT?

A   All prices are suject to VAT at the current rate.

Q   How much notice do you require?

A   We require at least 1 weeks notice for larger cleans. However we may be able to accomodate your needs with shorter notice.

Q   What are your payment terms?

A   On acccounts for office cleaning our terms are 14 days from invoice date. On one off cleans, when the work has been completed, checked and signed off Payment is by cash or card we no longer accept personal cheques.
